This recipe is made with a hot dog wrapped in Cheddar-encrusted pretzel dough. For the dough: Pour 1 3/4 cup flour into a food processor, and add 1/4 cup lukewarm water, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon finely minced jalapeƱo and 2 pinches of salt. After 1 hour, flatten down the bread to remove the gas, spread it out and shape it into a thick strip. Roll it around the hot dog, bind grated Cheddar onto the dough and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
