This chili dog is a summer must! Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet, add 2 finely diced onions, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 pound ground beef. Add 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder and a bit of tomato paste. Cook until beef is well browned. Immediately spread a heaping spoonful across your hot dog and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese for a melty finish.
