Baked Chili Cheese Baguette Dog
Cheese is the key ingredient for this satisfying recipe. Cut 1/2 of a fresh baguette open lengthwise, spread with mayonnaise, then add some minced red onions, canned chili and a generous layer of grated cheese. Wrap in aluminum, and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately topped with parsley and fresh chilies, if desired.
