Pasta Bolognese

Don't resist making homemade Bolognese sauce. It's super easy and much healthier than the prepared kind. Use fresh or canned tomatoes, onions and lean ground beef. Cook slowly to make a delightful, satisfying sauce. Boil your spaghetti until al dente, and pour your homemade Bolognese on top. If you're really motivated, make a few meatballs with half the ground beef. For dessert keep it simple. Why not some plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey?
