Fontina

For this double cheeseburger, you'll need creamy, mild fontina cheese, similar in texture and taste to French reblochon (used in Savoyard cuisine).

How to assemble: bottom bun, sour cream, lettuce, tomato slices, 1st burger, 1st slice of fontina, 2nd burger, 2nd slice of fontina, top bun.

Tip: You can add a mixture of diced onions and smoked bacon bits for the ultimate burger topper.
