Do you remember Chia pets? Turns out they are much more useful as food. Chia is a variety of sage that produces small seeds chock-full of Omega-3's and fiber. You can add them to salads, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. or use them to make this dessert-like pudding. Combine 3 tablespoons chia seeds with 1 cup milk and a dash of cocoa powder. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, stir well, and top with fresh or dry fruits to serve.
