Gingerbread cookies

Gingerbread cookies are always a hit at Christmas, and they're super easy to make. For the dough: use a food processor to mix together 1 stick of butter with 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes, then spread it out to 1/2-cm thickness and cut it into gingerbread man and star shapes using cookie cutters. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. For the icing, use a spatula to combine 1 egg white with 2 cups powdered sugar, and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Finish by decorating your cookies and serve.
