Sticky cinnamon figs

Cut a deep cross in the top of 2 ripe figs, then open like a flower. Place in a baking dish and drop a small piece of butter into each. Drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with shelled pistachio nuts or almonds and cinnamon. Broil for 5 minutes until figs are softened and the honey and butter make a sticky sauce in the bottom of the dish. Serve warm, with dollops of Mascarpone or yogurt.
