Bacon and eggs

For a savory and substantial breakfast jar, bacon and eggs should do the trick.  Lightly grease the insides of a mason jar. Break in 2 whole eggs, a splash of milk, and add salt and pepper to taste. Now put the lid on and shake it all up until the eggs are broken and the ingredients are well combined. Now microwave 1-2 slices of bacon for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, depending on the size of the strips. Then microwave the Mason jar (lid removed) for about 30 seconds. When eggs are cooked, add in the bacon bits.  Pack in a bag and off you go to work.

Three Cheese Baguette

INGREDIENTS

  • Blue cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozarella
  • 1 baguette
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Bacon

METHOD

  1. Cut your cheeses into thin slices
  2. Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
  3. Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
  4. Top with sun-dried tomatoes
  5. Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Slice and serve!
