Chocolate desert roses

French roses des sables translates to desert roses (not dessert roses as you might have thought), and they're as decadent as they are easy to make. Simply melt chocolate with a bit of butter in a double boiler, pour into a bowl and add corn flakes. Mix together, then form small piles of the mixture on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
