Butternut squash salad

Peel the squash and cut into 1/2-inch thick strips. Sprinkle with salt. In a bowl, mix oil with chili powder and a little honey. Arrange the squash slices on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Arrange the squash with greens on your serving dish, topped with crumbled feta cheese and a spiced dressing.
