Preparing the dough

When the butter has melted, mix it all together and then remove from the heat, adding all of the flour. Mix vigorously until the flour is completely incoporated. Put the saucepan back on the heat and allow the mixture to reduce on a medium heat for a few seconds. Then pour into a bowl and allow to cool.

  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese

  • 2 Slices prosciutto
  • Toast

METHOD

  1. Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Spread onto toast.
  3. Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
  4. Enjoy!
