If you've reached the point where the guy at the drive-thru window of your fave fast food joint knows your name and order by heart, that's a problem. Fast food is called fast food for a reason—it's often processed, reheated mass-produced frozen foods with at least half a day's worth of sodium, calories and fats in just one meal. If you're eating it multiple days a week, you'll be on the fast track to poor health and weight gain. And definitely don't reward yourself with a super value meal just because you killed it at the gym. Post-workout nutrition is equally as important as how many squats or push-ups you did.
