C'mon, you're old enough to know that losing 10 pounds of fat in one week is unrealistic and any methods that promise this result are likely dangerous and unsustainable. Fad diets aren't good for you. All promise impossibly rapid weight loss and involve excluding certain foods from your diet or sometimes not eating anything at all. Even if you do lose weight by attempting them, it's most likely going to be water weight and not fat. You're also doing a number on your metabolism that can cause future health problems and make your weight yo-yo like crazy.
