23. Centering every social occasion around food and drinks
Sometimes our buzzing social lives can really interfere with our diets because we often see people when there's food and drinks involved. Not only can this make it difficult to stick to healthy eating choices (who wants to order a salad when all your friends are eating pizza?) but also you can end up eating meals out or having several drinks multiple times a week. Instead, try planning more "active" meetups with friends. Have gym dates, go for a walk or run together, go see an exhibition, volunteer together, etc.
