This German-inspired pizza has Oktoberfest written all over it. The sturdy crust is made from Bavarian-style, whole-grain pumpernickel dough, then spread with delicious currywurst sauce and topped with shredded gouda, bratwurst, potatoes, bacon, sauerkraut and onion. Garnish with chopped chives at the end, and serve with a hefty cold brew, preferably German if you can find it.
