Mini Caprese salad bites

The famous Caprese salad comes from Capri in Italy, and its colors are said to represent those of the Italian flag. Instead of layering your ingredients on a platter, this new-style Caprese is served as mini skewers, making it easy for guests to pop them into their mouths while holding a drink in their other hand. Genius!
