BLA (Bagel, Lox, Avocado)

Bagels are a classic brown-bag lunch option, and for good reason! Ultra-portable, filling and super yummy, this recipe for a BLA (Bagel, Lox, Avocado) will satisfy your work lunch cravings.  The creaminess of the avocado is enough to make you not miss the cream cheese, and the addition of red onion really brings out the flavor of the salmon. Wrap in foil or wax paper, cut in half and you're off!
