Strawberries and cream biscuits
That old British classic of 'scones' (biscuits) with strawberries and cream gets reworked in this fabulous recipe. You needn't pick out only the good berries to make it, as they all taste the same once they're cooked and very ripe strawberries work best here anyway. The biscuits are at their most perfect when served warm, as they come out of the oven.
