Easter Ham Recipe With Blackberry Rum Glaze
The natural sugar present in fruit and berries is used again in this Easter ham recipe. Blackberries (both whole and in jam form) are combined with a nice dash of white rum and butter to make a gorgeous sauce which is ladled generously over pan-fried ham steaks.
