Haggis

Don't be put off by the organ-heavy ingredient list. This savory pudding is the national dish of Scotland, so you know it can't be all that bad. Haggis is composed of sheep's heart, liver, lungs and stomach, minced together with onions,  oatmeal, suet and spices. It's sold in supermarkets and served at fast-food restaurants in deep-fried sausage form with fries as "haggis supper." You can also find haggi burgers or other dishes that use the pudding as a topping or stuffing ingredient (as seen here).
