Before you start: things you should keep in mind

To set up an orchard inside your kitchen, you'll need to satisfy a few conditions:
- You should have a window that gets good sunlight for 4 to 5 hours a day.
- You should avoid installing your garden near a heat source, such as an oven or radiator.
- Use your ingenuity and creativity: there are thousands of ways to reuse materials and space.
- Although you only have a little space, the orchard should not be limited to aromatic plants. Vegetables such as lettuce, or even tomatoes and onions, can be adapted to a small pot.
