Leave it to Los Angeles to serve their best steak in ritzy Hollywood style. CUT by Wolfgang Puck is a steakhouse located in the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills, and to call it a "dining experience" is no exaggeration. In a dining room styled by architect Richard Meier, you can start your meal with appetizers like snow crab, pork belly, and even foie gras. But what about the steak, you ask? Here, you can take your pick of boneless or bone-in cuts of Omaha beef, local black Angus, black Angus from Ontario, or even Wagyu beef all the way from Queensland, Australia. The plates cost a pretty penny, but steak lovers across the country will agree that it's worth the price tag.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
