Milwaukee, Wisconsin is home to the annual World Beef Expo, one of the biggest cattle expositions in the Midwest, so it's no surprise that they also host one of the best steakhouses across the country. Mr. B's Steakhouse, another example of an Italian-themed steakhouse, was opened in 1999 by celebrity chef (and Milwaukee native) Paul Bartolotta and his brother Joe. On the menu you'll find a range of burgers, seafood, and classic steaks, including a hearty Angus beef selection including Angus NY strip and Angus rib-eye.

VIDEO: Chicken Quesadillas

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
