Nutty pistachio and a hint of citrus zing make for the perfect twist on your traditional Thanksgiving stuffing. Brown 1 large brown onion, finely chopped, in butter. Transfer to a large bowl and add 6 cups fresh bread cubes, 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange rind, 3/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup chopped mixed herbs (such as flat-leaf parsley and mint), 1/2 cup chopped pistachio kernels and 1 egg, lightly beaten. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
