Here's a hearty stuffing that will add a ton of flavor to your turkey. Wash and finely chop a good quantity of oyster and button mushrooms. Saute 3 minced shallots in butter and add the mushrooms to cook. Remove the skin of 3 truffle white pudding sausages, finely chop and saute quickly in butter. In a bowl, mix the white pudding with the mushroom mixture and bread cubes (of 3 slices bread soaked in milk), chopped parsley, some minced veal meat, 1 egg and 1/2 cup vermouth. Season to taste and mix thoroughly.
