Crubeen's (Ireland)

Crubeen comes from the Irish word for "pig's trotters" aka pig's feet. The traditional preparation method includes boiling them, then breading and frying. Though they're made from pigs' calves which contain less overall fat content than other parts of the body, turning them into crunchy fried snacks pretty much eliminates them as being a "healthy" choice.
