Ask your barista to put a creme base up to the first line, apple juice up to the second line, 1-2 pumps of cinnamon dolce syrup (depending on your drink size), 1-2 pumps of caramel syrup, then top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. You can even sprinkle a crushed biscotti over the top if you feel like it!
