Tulsa's very own American Solera Brewery was named America's best new brewery in 2017. Although they may be the new kids on the block, they sure know how to make oak-aged beer. The Foeder Cerise is an American Wild Ale aged in oak tanks with cherries - a delightful drink with a tart taste and a sour finish.
