Salt Lake City-based Uinta Brewing Company started off in a mechanic's garage in 1993. Their Dubhe is an American Black Ale named for Utah's centennial star located in the Big Dipper. With its beautiful black color and roasted coffee hops, this beer certainly tastes out of this world!
