Like we said earlier, if you want to lose weight you need to create a sustained caloric deficit. It can be hard to do this with diet alone, but you can burn a few hundred extra calories every day with regular exercise. The calories you burn will (with time) add up to pounds lost, and getting your body moving will give you more energy in general. It'll also give you a little wiggle room to have a cheat meal on occasion. Make sure you choose an activity you enjoy so you'll stick with it. And if you're really not into working out, you can burn more calories by walking more and taking the stairs instead of the elevator any chance you get.
