Corkscrew BBQ - Spring, TX

The first thing you need to know about Corkscrew BBQ in Spring, Texas is that you must arrive early, or risk waiting in line and not being served when they run out of meat. The second thing to know is it's a walk-up trailer with picnic tables for eating on-site, so don't expect a fancy sit-down restaurant.
