DOES HEV LIGHT CAUSE PREMATURE AGING?

“Too much exposure to HEV light can cause uneven pigmentation, so brown spots and an uneven skin tone, as well as changing the texture of the skin,” Candice Brown, an advanced skin aesthetician at London Bridge Plastic Surgery told Express.co.uk.

“This can cause wrinkling and bags, associated with premature aging."

Yikes.

Cosmetics companies have taken note, and there is already a range of cosmetics on the market with "HEV - shielding" properties.
