Do not expect a selection of typical American-Chinese fare at this authentic Chinese restaurant in Burlington, Vermont. A Single Pebble was founded by Chef Chiuo Duval, who studied under some of the best chefs in Taiwan before deciding to launch her own restaurant with a truly unique menu. All meals are served family-style, which adds to the place's authenticity, as most traditional Chinese families eat in this manner. Don't be shy about trying things you've never heard of before; that's the whole point!
