No. 1 Kitchen is actually a fitting name for this Huntington, West Virginia gem. Though the restaurant isn't the most aesthetically pleasing as others on this list, the Americanized Chinese food and excellent, quick service is what keeps people coming back again and again. Unless you're really, really hungry, you can easily get two meals out of one dish, which you won't be mad about because everything is fresh and made-to-order (including the egg rolls and other fried appetizers).
