Head to Taigu in Middleton, Wisconsin for a delicious blend of Americanized Chinese dishes and authentic fare from the Shanxi and Canton regions of China. The draw of this place is clearly the hand-cut noodle dishes, whether stir-fried, boiled or served in a soup. If you've never tried cat ear noodles, this is the place to have them (don't be frightened by the name, there is no cat meat in there, it's just the shape!).
