Lemon salt

Lemon salt is THE best salt to season fish, but it's also great on salads, carpaccio, seafood and grilled chicken. The recipe is so simple that you'll be wondering why you've never made this before!

Take the zest of 3 (preferably organic) lemons and add them to 2 cups of coarse salt. Take this mixture and spread it on an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes at 300° F.

You can also make this mixture without cooking it: simply blend the salt and zest using a food processor or a mortar and pestle. You can also switch up the flavors by using lime or Kaffir lime instead of lemons, or add some dried herbs to the mix for extra flavor.
