Spain

In Spain, there is a common, national love of preparing tapas to be shared with friends.

Tapas, similar to the Greek mezze, are several small, different portions of snack food, such as shrimps, red peppers, olives and tortilla.

Tortilla is a classic Spanish dish, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner too!

To make it, simply cut potatoes into small pieces, fry in a pan until golden and then add several beaten eggs. Once cooked, flip it once and then cut into small wedges.
