Chinese Bird's nest soup
One of the most expensive and rarest dishes in China is a soup made with edible bird's nests, which are created by swiftlet birds using their (prepare yourself): solidified saliva. Before you gag, the flavor is actually not that bad, and it's meant to have multiple health benefits, including a higher libido. A bowl of the soup will set you back about $100, while the nests themselves sell for anywhere near $2,500 to $10,000 per kilogram. Would you eat it if you could afford it?

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
