The Habit is a California-based chain that now has over 200 locations in multiple states. It's one of the lesser known fast food brands out there, but the rapid expansion is a key indicator of its popularity, and it was even named Best Burger in America by Consumer Reports. Irresistible charbroiled burgers aside, it's also their handcrafted shakes that keep the masses coming back for more. Available in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, mocha and coffee flavors, they're extremely thick (you might need a spoon), but oh so good you won't mind them taking longer to put down.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
