Here's a fast-casual chain that's been steadily growing in popularity since it opened in 2002. It now even has plans to develop locations in the Middle East, with the first international location slated to open in Dubai this year. For those lucky enough to live near one of its drive-thru locations, you definitely need to stop in for one of its blended frozen custard milkshakes or malts in vanilla or chocolate, or get one of the thicker concretes, which come in more flavors. Both are dense and filling, so make sure you save room after your burgers, or just go for dessert.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
