Low-Carb Desserts
As low-carb diets become more popular, more and more restaurants are offering low-carb options on their dessert menus, too. How "low carb" are they? Well, that depends. If you're at a chain restaurant, the nutrition facts are probably on their website, so you can check to make sure it fits in your macros. Depending on your carb limit, you might be able to have your cake and eat it, too! The Cheesecake Factory, for example, offers low-carb versions of its original and strawberry cheesecakes for 7 and 11 net carbs respectively.
