It's hard to not be intrigued by the name of this food truck and restaurant, which it turns out cooks up something very intriguing—Southern comfort foods with Asian flair. It's not your everyday pairing, but here they marry beautifully in the form of lunchtime street foods (tacos, sliders) and hearty dinner dishes (bowls, noodles). Add to that a great cocktail list and charming, hip surroundings, and it makes sense why The Peached Tortilla works on wheels and as a stationary affair. PS: The Japan-born owner knows his way around Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian cuisine, so expect to see these influences on the menu and off-menu specials.
