Yumbii - Atlanta, Georgia

Despite the 10,000 geographic miles between Latin America and Asia, the flavors of their many nuanced cuisines get along swimmingly. Order some of Yumbii's Asian rib-eye beef tacos, and you'll see what we mean. Debuting as Atlanta's first food truck in 2010, Yumbii helped propel this harmonious fusion to the forefront of the emerging street food movement, and it's kept tongues wagging (and mouths drooling) ever since. You can still chase the now-multiple Yumbii trucks around town or stop in at its permanent taco shop location for a slightly bigger menu. Also, whatever you do, don't skip the famous sesame fries—they're out of this world.
