Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs - Denver, Colorado

Before he became a gourmet hot dog maestro, Biker Jim—or officially, Jim Pettinger—was a repo man. Given the success of his business, which started as a humble food cart in 2005, it looks like that was a winning career switch. People (and the media) rave about the exotic game meat hot dogs he sells, including Alaskan reindeer, elk, and rattlesnake. A wide variety of wacky topping combinations is available, and non-meat eaters can try the award-winning vegan dog. Today, Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs has multiple carts around town, two brick-and-mortars and can also be found at Coors Field and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
