Frosted Flakes' Tony the Tiger

If you learned anything from Tony the Tiger, it's that Frosted Flakes are "grrrrreat!" This wildcat became the face of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes in 1952. He was even given more human characteristics in a series of 1970s commercials, including a big Italian-American tiger family. While he was not always the big-hearted brawny beast we now know him to be, Tony was eventually drawn with a sleeker, muscular physique as Americans became more health conscious.
