Marinating your fish fillets
Marinating your fish fillets for at least 15 minutes before cooking them can help to tenderize the protein. This also adds flavor, of course. You can go any way you'd like with your marinade. Try a sweet and tangy soy sauce, with ginger, lemon and shallots. Or perhaps you'd prefer a buttery, lemon zest, and garlic sauce. The choices are endless, but the end result is a delicate and delectable fish fillet.
