Chicken

There's a reason why chicken noodle soup is a popular go-to meal for when you're feeling under the weather. Poultry is high in Vitamin B-6, which stimulates your body's production of white blood cells that protect against infectious diseases. Other good sources of this vitamin include: milk, tuna, salmon, spinach, beef, ricotta cheese and eggs.
