9 Leftover Foods You're Reheating Wrong

Pizza

While many people enjoy eating cold pizza for breakfast, others prefer to reheat it. When it comes to warming up your pizza, don't turn to your microwave. It's convenient and therefore pretty tempting, but you'll end up with soggy, overly greasy pizza. The best way is to heat it in a pan on the stove for a few minutes, to let the crust crisp up again. Then add a little water and immediately cover the pan. Once the cheese has that melted texture again, it's ready to eat! You could also warm up your pizza in the oven or toaster oven, although the crust won't be as crispy. And don't forget to put some aluminum foil underneath your slices, in either case.
