Beer and food pairing

You may have never tried this before, but rest assured, beer and food pairing does actually exist.

The most important thing is to take the time to carefully select adequate beers, just as you would for wine. If you decide to host a dinner and serve various beers instead of wine, then be sure to consider the following pairings.

A blonde beer is perfect with a large salad or a fruity dessert.

An amber beer is more aromatic, and therefore better suited to white meat such as chicken or pork, and desserts like creme caramel.

A dark brown beer is great when paired with chocolate.
